Here is Acting Governor's Directive to East Jakarta Administration

Jakarta Communications, Informatics, and Statistics Agency (Diskominfotik) Acting Head, Raides Aryanto said that the Acting Governor came to see technically the management of JSC, which is a form of command center hub in Jakarta regarding resident complaints.

"He (Mr. Heru) wanted to see the active management of the 13 resident complaint channels managed by JSC. How is the follow-up process up to the SKPD level, thus it is hoped that incoming reports will be followed up more quickly," he expressed, Tuesday (11/29).

He explained that he also checked the CCTV installed at several sluice gates in Jakarta.

"Installation of CCTV in the pump house to find out real-time the condition of the water level at those sluice gates in the JSC room," he explained.

He also gave directions on how to respond to complaints quickly accompanied by education with a tagline including inviting residents not to litter, which is displayed on social media and the JSC website.

"Residents' complaints are also assisted by reporting through Beritajakarta.id and press releases, thus the dissemination of information on a resident's problem that has been handled by the Jakarta Provincial Government is faster," he added.

The Jakarta Government had also assigned officers to input resident complaints through the Rapid Response Community (CRM) application.

"As a result, he can find out to what extent citizen complaints are followed up by each SKPD," he stated.
